Dr. Maria Choudhary is a double board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in eyelid and facial plastic surgery. She completed her ophthalmology training at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic, Ohio where she was an ace researcher. She completed a very rigorous and competitive 2 year fellowship at the Center for Facial Appearances in Salt Lake City, Utah in Oculofacial and Orbital surgery accredited by the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS). She has a keen interest in global ophthalmology and likes to take mission trips all over the world to help train young ophthalmologist of tomorrow. She has authored several peer reviewed scientific papers and book chapters. Dr. Choudhary recently moved to Houston from a busy practice in Southern California.
Dr. Choudhary and her husband who is also a physician enjoy travelling and exploring the outdoors with their 2 children.

Dr. Choudhary specializes in functional eyelid, orbital, lacrimal and facial reconstructive procedures as well as esthetics.
Her services offered include eyelid surgery (droopy/baggy eyelids or eyelid retraction), droopy eyebrows, tearing evaluation and management, thyroid eye disease, eyelid and skin cancers, and eyelid and orbital trauma including fractures, cosmetic surgery of the forehead, mid and lower face.
Dr. Choudhary also performs non-surgical cosmetic procedures including BOTOX, KYBELLA, facial fillers and chemical peels, as well as facial fillers for volume rejuvenation (under eyes, cheeks, and lips.)
