Your data and conversations including questions, responses and form field entries are protected under HIPAA compliant, SOC 2 security in the healthcare cloud. The data shared through this chatbot is encrypted and not used in the training of large language models.
Authentication Encouraged
For a heightened level of service, we encourage our established patients to provide their mobile number and authenticate their experience through SMS code validation. This gives us the ability to pull up a recent record (not real-time but uploaded periodically) for more efficient form completion. Over time, we will work to have this access real-time records for you to confirm appointments, update your profile information and even request medical records. You are not required to have a mobile number to use the chatbot. We will do our best to allow home, work numbers and even email to recognize and authenticate our patients according to their preference as well. By clicking “yes” to receive a text message, you consent to receiving one-time passcodes, links to access AskMi chatbot and appointment confirmation text messages. Msg & data rates may apply.
